LUCKY MAN

Just came in from the backyard, was shooting a 66" 45# @28 Horne Traditionalist and that rascal will sho nuff send an arrow downrange, getting there quick, let me tell you.

If I did'nt already own a PLX I would be buying that baby, I gave my son my wallet and told him to hide it and give it back in a few days. Money was trying to jump out !

If you're in the market, Give Mark and Sandy a call, you won't be dissappointed.

Hey BIG JOHN, wher did you lay your hands on a horn? Inquiring minds want to know.

I was at Mark's shop about a month ago, and got to shoot just about everything he had there. I also was very impressed with the Traditionalist. I ordered a 64" 50#@28" one. I can't wait to get it.

LUCKY MAN

Davey, the Horne belongs to Jack Holder and another friend of mine is considering buying it.

What are you shooting now ?

Shot one at the Sweat, same one as Terry.  Very nice bow, quick, very stable.  Bow seems to have quite a bit of preload.  Mark told that was do to the carbon.  Nice grip.  Bow would be on my short list if I was looking for a longbow -and I am always looking for a longbow.

Speed wise it is probably a little faster than my PLX which is 42# compared to the Horne which is 45#.

Did'nt measure the brace height but it's about the same as my Widow which is 7.5

The laminates are considerably thicker and the limbs are wider.  Money wise I would buy the Horne over the Widow, but I bought my Widow used so have about the same invested.

The Horne is whisper quiet.
