hello i know this question is like asking which bow is best or what women is best, everyone has their opinion but i am going to ask it anyway.
what kind of tuning method do you'll use, and where can i learn how to tune, i have read adcocks meathod until my eyes hurt, i understand it but it just isn't working. i have done every conceivable thing to correct a kick in my arrows. and i would like to learn another way to tune, specifically how to paper tune your arrows and the advantages of this.
as for my problem my arrows continuously kick up and to the right but they land just alittle stiff. and stick in my target usually nock high. now i am left handed and NO THIS AINT MY PROBLEM lol.
i have moved my nock high up and down in increments of twist of the string, about 1/32. changed my shelf material to mole skin, then cordovian leather, and i haven't found a solution yet.
thanks for any help or advice.

Try moving your nock point with out twisting the string. When you twist the string you are changing your brace height as well. Hope this helps you.
I will give thanks to the LORD because of his righteousness and will sing praise to the name of the LORD Most High.

i didn't twist the string, i moved the nock up and down by the feel of the string. i found if i don't loosen up the nock too much i can feel the individual wraps of the sting and thats how little i would move it just to make sure i wasn't moving the nock to far each time.

Sorry, just re read your post. I see now, no twisting.  Don't be afraid to move your nock point alot. mine is about 3/4 of an inch high. Moving the nock up or down is what should fix your "kicking" problem.
I will give thanks to the LORD because of his righteousness and will sing praise to the name of the LORD Most High.
