Did anyone know that Bob is making a riser that accepts ILF limbs?

Here is the link:

OH I had not seen the pretty black one.  :)  NICE
....Quality deer management means shooting them before they get tough....

Bob Morrison

All 3 were put on my site Friday as in stock risers. They were just finished on Friday. The nice thing about ILF is all the different limbs that can be used on them, even our own Cheyenne limb can be re cut on the wedge end and shoots every bit as good as the best ILF limbs that are available. With ours you can get the Pounds you want and all our options to make them purdy...

I final got the test done on WinEx limbs and our Cheyenne limbs. Test was done on a shooting machine one right after another.
26" 52# 468 grain  192.2 FPS avg.Cheyenne
26" 52# 468 grain  191.3 FPS WinEx
28" 58# 522 grain  200.5 FPS Cheyenne
28" 58# 522 grain  198.8 FPS WinEx
Cheyenne ActionBoo Core Fiberglass lambs
WinEx Honeycomb Foam core Carbon lambs.

Wow. 2" of extra stroke ='s about 8 fps.

And for the 30" guys they get another 8-10 FPS at the 9 GPP. It just ain't right............

Mr Morrison what was the brace on the two bows? Also what was the length?

James Wrenn

The only reason I have not bought one of those stock risers is I don't know enough about your risers to know which grip I like. :)I wish someone around here had one to try.

Brace was 7" on both. 1-56" 1-54". The only difference I can tell is the Carbon limb is a little more stable side to side, it is also wider. The carbon was also noisier that the fiberglass.

Bob how much weight over what is marked on the ilf shorts (for 25" riser) do you get on your riser?
....Quality deer management means shooting them before they get tough....

Bob Morrison

James, they are 48# shorts. At 28" they are just shy 62# @ 28". Also tested today 52" Cheyenne Carbon backed 48.2# 434 gr.@ 26" 188.3 fps side to side stability felt like the WinEx. Is a little stability side to side worth $100 and the loss 3 fps????

That speed at 26"s is smoking for 9grs...smoking!

The charcoal is sweet!

Real nice offering all around.
