I'm looking at the rudderbows ashwood english longbow, but I have a few questions,
1. How do you string it I don't ses any grooves in the pictures for a stringer, so how is the bow strung?
also I jjust wanna generally wanna know about the quality of the bow. Thanks in advance

Jason Lester

Use a recurve stringer. That Has a pocket at one end and a rubber peice that lays on the limb on the other. It works for any.

I just orderd a Bamboo backed Osage longbow from them. I've been hearing good things about them. The 7-9 week wait is now 12-13 weeks. Word of mouth does that.
The size of the horns don,t matter
as long as it has a good tale.

If it's an English styles longbow is it meant to have the horn tips? It might be that's where the string would go. I'm not sure, just a thought.
A friend of mine told me about rudderbows. He built one and he loves it.
