It's way worse than a power plant, its a plutonium enrichment operation I believe is what they call it..they run a nuclear plant that turns the fuel rod contents into plutonium, and then they refine that to get the stuff to make HYDROGEN bomb cores.

And they have been doing it since the 40's I believe.
