The new owner is apparently in the process of moving everything to Tennessee. I hope to hear more news soon.

Congrats on the new stick.  I love the white glass.  I hope it brings you luck when you're chasing those big Erie deer!

Any word on how the Howard Hill move to Tennessee is going?

I loved having Craig just 60 miles south of Missoula where I live. I had HH build a bow for my grandson last year. He and Howard Hill share the same birthday so I thought it was appropriate.

Kim Sha Traditions.  All yew with a very thin carbon lam on back

Re read the "LONG FIX", went back outside applied few more things with swing draw and group tightened.  A lot of info in there on Hill Method.

Picked up a St Patrick Lake Mushin Styk last week. It's a fun bow to shoot.
48@28, 66" backset. I'm hitting pretty good at 15 yards, havnt gone much further yet.
Osage riser, Yew and bamboo lam, Yew veneers.

Gary, beautiful bow!!

Thanks Gordon.
It's about perfect for me at this stage of my life. I prefer woodies and it shoots 55/60 pretty well, and maybe I could play around with different weight heads.

But the truth of the matter is it shoots Easton Axis Trads (500s)  the best. Right now they weigh about 475, so about 10 grns per pound. Which i already had for another bow.

I still am tinkering with my old ASL 51@28 ( I draw 28"). Currently I am shooting 2016s with a 145 tip with the arrow weighing 550 gr.
I might be trading for a 45# ASL from a friend. Can I still use the 2016s with that weight of 45# ASl?
I like to shoot heavier arrows from it.

yep, if its a Hill Hill ... with shallow shelf , 190-200's up front at 29"-29 1/4" will be dandy I reckon

Just got this new Jim Belcher Union Jack.  66", 40@28".  It has a shedua riser, bamboo limbs and light brown glass.  Jim has been making bows forever and his workmanship is perfect.

Hi Union Jack is different than his Hill Jack.  The Hill Jack has four laminations on the back of the riser.  The Union Jack has three lams on the back and one lam on the belly.  It's a sweet shooting bow.

Here's a picture to bring back some memories.  Sadly no rays were harmed that day, but next year we are going to connect.  As for this year, I can't wait to hit the woods!

I have a Hilljack. It's a great bow.  A little wider than most ASL's but Jim and Georgia are building some of the best bows currently available.
