I have used one for over 5 years now, great chair. Is one of the better investments for hunting that I have made in a number of years. Very well made and comfortable for a few hour sit.

Of all the gear Ive purchased over the years, the pack seat has delivered above expectations!
I have found I can adjust its angle and change the "pressure" areas, either leaned or set on rear leg.
Never had isues with it hitting me while walking or legs falling asleep.I'm 6'3 and 260lbs.

Like I mentioned a few posts back I purchased the low down hammock seat. So far I'm not very happy with it. It's really difficult to get just right. Wishing I had gone with the pac seat. It's such a pain not being able to try one out. They are so expensive I'm afraid if it doesn't work for me I'll be out even more than the hammock seat.

Really enjoying everyone's opinions about the pac seat.

The pacseat is without a doubt the best piece of gear I've bought in years it truly is worth every penny.

Received mine a few days ago. I didn't get to hunt this weekend but I did play with it in the yard. I'm going to like it. Taking a trip to the national forest next week so I'll spend some time with it.  It's just the ticket for the kind of roaming I like to do.

Anyone have the turkey version? I think that would be the one that I would like to get. I enjoy being low to the ground.

Also, there were several post on this thread that spoke about the quality of the seat going down since ownership changed. Now those post are not on the thread. Did a moderator delete them for some reason? That is useful information for a potential purchaser. That would be a shame if that is what happened. I hope Tradgang wouldn't do that to protect their sponsors. It's just an opinion after all.

I don't see any reason to purchase the Turkey version when the original will work, just fine.

If you decide you don't like your pacseat I'm sure there are plenty here that will be glad to take it off your hands.

Received my seat today! Really nice addition to the hunting kit for sure. Took it out for the evening hunt and it really lives up to all the hype! I did do a couple of mods before going afield, I removed the waist harness and set it aside, just not needed for me right now. I also removed the buckles from both shoulder straps, I found that in backyard trials every time I un-shouldered it, the snap\ buckles hit the frame making a !KLINK! noise..so I removed the buckles and made my own setup for silent adjustment of the shoulder straps, and the hunt this evening with it proved noiseless and comfortable.I also removed the buckles connecting the chest strap, and just use the chest strap fed through the remaining buckle loop in a simple loose knot..simpler and no klick..

My kit\pack attached to the Pac seat, and camo netting stowed..

Interesting about the buckles, I have noticed some noise but figured if I was very careful I could avoid it. But you did get me thinking. On my lone wolf and steps I made buckle covers out of the can coozies. The ones you can often get for free or a couple bucks. Anyway just sew a peice of it into a tube that will fit snug over the buckles. Works on the LW buckles should work on the Packseat.

My seat actually works a little better than I expected.  Not hard to modify it to your needs.

I just recently got a pac seat , trying to get away from tree stands. I have found I huge problem with them, well not really with them but with me. In a tree stand once I'm set I'm there for the duration. With the pack seat it's so easy to move I find myself moving too much. You know, I think over beside that tree would be better , hey how about in that fallen down tree , dang if I was over there I could see over the hill.
Loving the chair.
