Decided to try out a bow quiver again after having used a catquiver for many years.  Seems to be working well for me this time, except the arrows make a very loud squeaking when they rub up against the foam insert in the hood when being removed.  Cannot see this as a benefit in a hunting situation.

Never seen read about this as an issue and google did not seem to offer any immediate answers.   Anybody else experience this and if so hoping you can share potential fixes?

It will probably go away through use.  Or, just put some kind of lubricant on your heads, powdered silicone, oil, vaseline, even vegetable oil, etc.

I use fluid film.  Its use to prevent farm implements from rusting. Lanolin based, (sheep grease).  Been using it for years.  I keep a sponge in my shop sprayed with it and press my broadheads against it when I sharpen them before putting them in the quiver.

Also protects battery terminals and electrical connections, keeps brake dust from sticking to wheels, keeps bugs from sticking to bumpers, restores oxidized paint jobs, and offers long-term protection inside door jams and enclosed areas. Spray it on nuts and bolts, under the engine and your battery terminals.
