Today I drew my bow right handed for the first time in over a year. Didn't get to full draw not I shot it with no pain, progress !! All the PT and exercise have paid off but still not done. I will still shoot lefty to keep my body balanced !! But it was a real good feeling .

Recovery from an injury or physical ailment is always good news. Keep up the good work and hope you make a complete recovery.  :archer2:

Way to go Ron, keep progressing!  :clapper:

I'm only 2 months into my rotator cuff recovery so I have a ways to go before I can even think about drawing a bow. Slow and steady as I DO NOT want to screw it up and go through any of this again.  :nono:

Not sure what your ailment was, but as a new archer having just turned 62, I continue to struggle with pains in all the wrong places. Stay strong, train weaknesses and stay balance. Good work and happy shooting from "both" sides!

My problem was or is a frozen shoulder. At 71 healing seems to be a slow process, lol !!

Glad to hear about your milestone Ron. You said that you will continue to shoot some lefty to balance things out. That strikes  a  chord with me, because I decided to do the same. the funny thing is that I found that I am come comfortable shooting lefty, and still mixing a little righty to keep balanced.
I know how much you like archery, and it is great to hear that you are making progress.
