Terry,  H1 by Uomo is a wool flannel with a wind-stop layer. Looks nice online

Just another gimmick.  Blob fleece. The only camo I think actually does what it is designed to do is asat and predator and similar styles that have a high contrast pattern.
The other commenters were right with berber material- once you get into burdock or stick tights you will NEVER get that out.. it pretty much becomes part of the material.. you will be a walking wookie

Put that little video so you can see what they look like.  Then I took a couple of pics.  May help someone making a decision.

Thank you Patrick. I find them very comfortable and quiet. I spoke with their marketing guy and he said the primary intention with the berber fabric is for when you get to your stand,  not necessarily to wear to your stand.

Little update on Code of Silence....

I got a call from a representative of the company, but not an employee.  He is requiring about a Sponsorship and Banner package. So, if anyone want's to rally  in on the inquiry, just contact Josh Grube, he's on this thread. He goes by    goobersan. I have no idea what that means, but is sounds like a guy I'd love to have in camp that's for sure!

BTW, Josh was exactly right about the direction they are going. It doesn't sound like it's just another run of the mill fleece that's for sure.  I hope if they Sponsor they'll throw a product in on the Hunting package that will be making it's rounds this year. The package really got some attention this year. I'm going to call Tom about sending it to Bear Quest this year.

Thinking seriously about trying some of this.  :jumper:

The PDK photos make it look like it won't blob up too much.

Lack of shine is a big deal on fleece and wool.

Deer don't blob up when they bed 40 yards away from you and you look away and look back to try to see them again !!  Just sayin!  :biglaugh:
Stay sharp, Kenny.

I have the lighter weight stuff and really like it. Fit it great arms are tapered but mid section is roomy. Pants aren't baggy and won't get in the way they seem to taper towards the ankle so in other words they're not skinny jean fit. They didn't seem to grab burrs any worse than anything else. It's a dense wool/fleece not lofty. Here's a picture I got on my trail Cam. It's very neutral colored but has the longer line to break up your outline unlike a digital. Camo isn't always necessary but to I don't understand the guys who are so against wearing it, it literally helps conceal you from the animal you're trying to kill

kennym

Don't count me as not liking camo, I have a piece of camo everything except briefs...  :biglaugh:

I don't always wear camo, and lots of times wear different patterns top and bottom and hat.

This stuff looks like it would work pretty well also.
Stay sharp, Kenny.

This past season was my first season using their heavy weight bibs and they're going to be my go to for this next coming season. They blend in extremely well in the winter here in Southern Indiana hardwoods and they are extremely quiet. I was really impressed with how well they block the wind and kept my legs and the blood running to my feet warm. I only had a pair of wool long johns on under them and sat a couple all day sits in 10 degree weather with no issues. I was using my first lite bibs but liked the idea of how quiet these would be. The briars and burrs stick to them the a flea on a dog but anything I wear in the thick stuff I hunt gets burrs all over them so it's not different than what I'm used to. This is just my experience with them but I think they are well worth the money and out perform a lot of the bibs I've used in the past. The leg zips on the side are great for taking them off and venting on the hike in.

I'm going to try that "Burr Paw" out it. It's supposed to be legit

Looks to me like it just another basic fleece. So whatever fleece does, it will do as other fleece products pretty much from a fleece standpoint.

My opinion, that pattern is going to blob at a very short distance.

:campfire:

I was thinking the same thing with respect to the blob effect. My favorite pattern has always been Predator, mainly because of its ability to break up the human silhouette. I'm in the market for new camo this year because I've completely worn out my old Predator stuff which I bought in '92. After looking at a lot of different companies and patterns I'm probably going to buy the Predator micro fleece series again.

I like my Predator the most of all as I like to move and stalk a lot.  Predator keeps me broke up if I stop from getting caught moving, and if I get caught in the open.

This Code of Silence is designed for tree stand, brush or blow down blind type of hunting where you are staying still for a long time.  In these scenarios the blobbing in not as important.  They have designed their line around that AND for warmth.  Their info is for real.  I have a LONG background in Polyester, Nylon, and Wool.  These guys know their stuff.
