With trad bows?  My 64" is just too long to shoot out of my Baronett (80") tall at peak.

Baronet big mike tall and wide allows for canting to clear roof.

Well, I'm helping myself by going to a 58" bow.  Picked up a Red Wing Hunter couple of weeks ago.  I think 80" tall is about the max height on any pop up.

I can afford to shoot most any bow I like.  And I like Primal Tech bows.

After several seasons my Big Mike's is on its last one.  I'm looking at replacement blinds as well.  That said I'm good with 80".  I'm short and so are my bows  :biglaugh:

I have some older Double Bulls that work well for me.  Not 80 inches tall.  Closer to 70 inches.  I now shoot a 56-inch recurve out of them, but have shot a 64-inch longbow out of them.  Have to be more selective on the shots with the latter.  Need to cant the bow and can't shoot at every angle out of all the windows.  I always shoot from a sitting position, regardless.

Keep window height in mind as you make your selection.  A tall blind, if the windows are placed too high, won't allow you to shoot a longer bow out of them.

My Barronett grounder 350 works perfect for me...I shoot my 62" Whip with no problem out of this blind. Will buy another one when I wear this one out.

I don't sit while shooting.  I jumped on the 84" tall Rusk.  I appreciate all the input.  Who knows what'll be on sale between now and next season?   :jumper:

Barronet Prowler is 80" I use it as a leave out in the woods for deer, mainly I use a muddy that's 70" and shoot my 62" Whip with no problem. Also a covert 70" that works well.  For mentoring turkey  hunters it's an old Yukon that is the same as a big mike but heavier material. I have an old Primos Ground max that I shoot my 58" recurves from. I always am sitting or kneeling when shooting.

GCook, Thank You for the Rusk Blind info above, just ordered it on Amazon Prime and the reviews, price etc. seems like a no brainer.
Do you shoot through the screen? I assume yes but have never done it and wondered what you guys experience...
