Yes sir they are.  I'm fixin ta order a set of limbs for one of my risers. 

I had one made by Brian years ago and it shot like a dream. I ordered a new one from Michael shortly after he took over and I can assure you there are no changes in quality or shootability. Wouldn't hesitate to order another one
