Rest/strike plate wear...do use a one piece or do u split it...while we're at it what does fetching wear tell ya?   

Arrows to stiff in spine, nock height needs adjustment, torquing the string with ring finger, nock placement on shaft needs adjusting. You might want to check out the Ken Beck tuning video on YouTube. He answers all those things
