When they're done they're going into my wife's mom's homemade sauce recipe, which is now simmering in the crock pot, my kitchen smells awesome!!!!  Going to taste great over spaghetti later tonight.

Good news! I just got the report back from the allergist and was told my Alpha Gal problem has nearly cleared itself up. I tested negative for venison, lamb, and pork. Still slightly positive for beef, though. I guess it is now time to order some of the seasonings and go buy a pork roast. I'll let you know how it turns out. Things are looking up! One question, though. Are the seasonings super spicy, or can my wife, who can't handle much heat, enjoy it?

Sam, no, neither is real spicy at all.  The red has a 'little heat', but not real hot at all.

Shifty's is definitely good seasoning.
