Who's getting ready for spring turkey season and what is your setup mine is a Yellowstone Longbow 64"47@27.5 Surewood shafts Grizzly Boardheads my blind is a Big Mike.

Gold Tip Trad's and could be VPA,  Zwickey Delta and might even bring a dead head out with me.  Blind is a Barronett Bix Ox.  I use the cheap inflatable decs cuz they actually work great and haven't found the need to invest more as of now.  Just gotta make sure you don't nick one 

Not much to do to be ready, biggest issue is if there'll be any birds.  Our numbers were really down last year.

I'll hunt here in Kentucky and am also trying to decide whether to go the Badlands on the border of WY and SD for Merriam's.  Not sure of the bow yet.

It's a bit early for me be thinking turkeys. I'll get out in a couple months to start listening and scouting. I've got a couple spots to freshen up a natural blind. I'll be in there in my ghillie. I'll be using my Destiny longbow 49# with cedar arrows and Zwickey deltas.

I never stop thinking bout turkeys. Been running scratch boxes, long boxes, pots, mouth calls since November I guess. Real close to starting to find the winter flocks. I never will get the wondering if someone is ready though.  All a lifestyle that never ends for some of us. Turkey might be one I'm typically always extra ready for

Will be attempting to successfully arrow number 36 this season...have never harvested a turkey with a firearm....Note: many errors continue to still follow me...

Have used Double Bull blinds exclusively since the early 90's. Am hoping to procure a Barronett Big Cat Heavy Duty and to be hunting with a Bob Lee Ultimate w/Carbon Cobra Limbs and use my longtime trusted Tree Sharks.

Will be hunting Oklahoma, possibly Nebraska and my farm in KY.

Would very much like to have an opportunity at a gob on the farm that has 5 horizontal beards....lots of pics of him yet, have never laid eyes on him.

I'll just shoot my deer hunting set ups.  That said our place is blessed with a stupid high population of these feeders rats.  And Rio Grandes are the easiest of the the subs I've tried calling.  We use pop ups and stationary blinds and never have an issue with our hunters killing birds.

Clothes and gear are in the garage ready to go.

I've not hunted either but I was always told Merriams were the easiest? Have you hunted them?
