Good morning all ! I need to remove a leather grip that has been glued on one of my bows . What can I use for glue removal that will not harm the finish , if there is anything?
                                                                                           Thanks

Sorry Pat , I don't know what glue it was, I bought the bow that way

I'd cut the stitching(if there is any) and peel the leather off. If it was glued with contact cement the residue should peel off the finish on the non porous handle area.

What Pat said.  Most leather grips are glued on with contact cement.  Should be able to rub off the residue or can use a little alcohol to speed the process.  Not too much though or it could soften the finish.
