Definitely the weather slowed us down.  Biggest factor up here was the vast amount of food available this late.

Wow congratulations! Most of the guys sitting baits I hear struggled due to a robust acorn crop and generally well fed, nocturnal animals...

Thanks!  I hear you.  I've never seen such a heavy blackberry crop in my life.  Nor one to still be going on.  I have a lot of red oak and bur oak on my land.  Outstanding acorn crop this year.  At least we should have more opportunities for deer...
