What is the significance of the colored Arrow heads above the avatar..

It correlates to the tag under members names.

????  Two (2) Black Arrowheads  /  Four (4) Yellow Arrowheads  . . .  I too would like to understand the significance.

What does TGMM stand for?

TGMM is a private group forum within the confines of Trad Gang.

While we're at it, at the bottom of each topic is a list of names of people currently browsing the topic.  Most of the names are in black, but some are in colors.  What is the significance of the colors?

The name colors in the board browsing list refer to their member group, which mostly lines up with member arrow icon colors.
