Jon. We don't cut anyone off. The system software does.  An email goes out 2 weeks prior to renewal date , if you don't renew it doesn't roll over in the system, therefore it doesn't renew.

If all of the sudden you don't have access, all you have to do is renew. Heck Jon,  we didn't have this for years prior(2006-2017) and this feature was to make it easier for everyone.

Trad Gang Contributing Membership is an automated forum/PayPal subscription system.  Two weeks before your subscription expires a notification email is sent alerting the subscriber of the pending subscription expiration.  There are more than a few reasons why a subscriber didn't get that email notification, from having changed their email address and not updating their Trad Gang profile, to the subscriber's email app trashing or suspecting spam of the arriving Trad Gang subscription notification.  This is an automated system without human intervention.  If a subscriber doesn't renew their subscription, that special Trad Gang membergoup is removed and classifieds access is denied.  If a subscriber realizes they no longer have classifieds access, it can easily be renewed through the subscriber's profile.

We surely appreciate your support of Trad Gang, but you always have the opportunity to renew through your profile.

Thanks for covering that Rob as i was going to come back and add that.... my daughter pulled in from college on spring break.

And to add to what I posted above, a lot of people have had issues receiving track gang emails due to their Email provider blocking us.  Not sure if it's updates or what but people that have been receiving emails from me for years now can't get on because of their Email settings.

The crazy thing is they didn't do anything on purpose to their email provider but upgrades have been more  exclusive .

The old TG forum allowed Admins to view user passwords, but none of the new forums allow that, and that's a good thing.

However, I can create a new temporary password for any member and will do so for you, then you can login and change it, then use TG on your phone.

I couldn't access the classifieds all of the sudden so I contacted T.  Got all fixed up.  My email settings were not only sending Tradgang emails in the spam bucket,  but other emails I 'hadn't' been getting.  So, I'm glad I got cut off as I got my email set up correctly so i didn't miss some valuable emails. Thanks guys!

Ok, so I've been watching this for a while, first off I want to say nice to see you again Rob, I know you've been watching  behind the scenes, but have missed you chirping in when needed.    Second there's nothing you can do for me to make it better, unless you can give me more time, and money to spend on them.     All kidding aside, I've had nothing but good experiences buying and selling in the classifieds, a big thank you to all who are watching and taking care of things!!!!

We are putting them as close as we can to the boards, we just can't come "inside the box".... software won't allow us.

Looks like things are progressing the last 3 weeks since  implementation!!! 

I'm not a current member with access to the Classifieds.  I have been from time to time and can't see how the classifieds could be improved.  I have never had a bad experience using the classified forum, before or after the changes.

I've sold off most of my recurves except for 4.  Most of the bows I've bought and sold, probably close to 20, I used the classifieds here to do so.

I choose not to peruse the Classifieds anymore because I don't want to be inspired to start buying bows again.
