There are still some good people!

This happened to me last Sunday.

In May of 2017 my brother who can no longer shoot a bow due to injuries incurred while in the Special Forces, mailed me three longbows from Juno Alaska.  Last Sunday I answered the door and a young gentleman asked if I was Walt Francis, I replied yes.  He said I think I have a fishing rod that belongs to me and handed me a long 6" diameter tube.

Turns out he bought a house in July of 2017 where I used to live and the package was in his garage when he took possession.  He had intended to try and track where I lived (1 block away, I can see his back porch from my archery room) and get the package to me but forgot about it until cleaning his garage over Christmas.  That led to his visit last Sunday.

In the package were the Roy Coursey Cook Mountain longbow, Mariah Chinook longbow, and a Schafer two piece longbow, my brother had mailed 3 1/2 years earlier.

There are still some good people in this world.
The broadhead used, regardless of how sharp, is nowhere as important as being able to place it in the correct spot.

That is great to hear. Yes, there are some good folks left. Have you asked him if he wants to learn trad archery?
