most of the greatest 3D shooters in the world shoot 3u, I think there's something to it.

Those results speak for themself.  Keep up the good work, brother!

Trumpkin the Dwarf

Welcome to the club! I made the switch this last spring. As others have mentioned, shooting really accurately is just more fun.

I not only shoot 3-under, but do so with a glove  :nono:

Great to hear and see! I had the same thing happen to me. I will still practice split finger and instinctive. But, when I went from a 6 inch group with the occasional flyer to a 3 inch group with a rare flyer @ 20 yards by switching to 3 under and gap shooting, I knew what I had to do for hunting. It's also fun when your point-on is 30ish yards and you hit it fairly consistently!
Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.

Ive tried couple different times, just cant seem to catch on to it. I know its more consistent and accurate , wish I could figure it out.

That's good shooting! I've been thinking of switching also. Push archery has a good video out explaining a interesting gap/string walking hybrid way of shooting. Here's the link if anyone's interested. https://youtu.be/1E1vKkSSoNs

I'm working on the switch myself but finding my anchor is difficult
