Have you profiled the limbs? If the glass is full width still, bandsaw thru the core lams and run the glass thru your thickness sander til cleaned up, you might lose a couple thou but you could always use it on a kid bow if it gets too thin.

I may try that Kenny. I haven't profiled the limbs yet

Slow and easy, glass will kill yer blade.  And you don't wanna get into the riser, so it's tedious... :o

I beg to differ....Ya start out building a simple bird house from a kit. Then ya build your own custom bird house from rough material. Then ya build a three story multi condo bird house. Then next thing ya know your building bird houses for all your friends.
