I have a Hill Country Badger on order with longbow limbs and thinking about switching it to the static recurve limbs.  For those who have shot the static limbs, how do you like them? I have a 60" Bobcat and like the longbow limbs, but may try the static limbs.  Thanks for any help!  Ken

I am a big fan of Hill County bows and have longbow and static recurve limbs.  If I could only have 1 I would go with recurve since faster any over all shorter length.  It is all personal opion and can't make a wrong decision.

I own a 60" K2 hybrid, 60" K2 static, and a 56" Badger static. I have also shot a 56 or 58" Bobcat hybrid. They are all fantastic bows! Your choice may come down to over all length for your draw length. In my opinion, the hybrid limbs are a tad more stable, more linear draw force curve, less vibration after the shot, and just over all a bit smoother and quieter. Speed wise, the static's are the clear choice, but Roman's hybrid limb performs with the best longbows, and better than most low end recurves.
Plant a fruit or nut tree today, and have good hunting tomorrow.

Thanks for the input.  I appreciate it.
