I was talking with Rob H, about the Longhammock Sunday shoots, and trying to get more people to come out....

Longhammock Traditional Archers, are having a 3D shoot on Sunday, 07/26/2020.....  "Longhammock" is not a formal club, there is no membership, no scored shoots, no rules (safety is not a rule, or an option).....   It's not even held at long hammock any more.... It moved to Big'uns place on Spring Run, two years ago... 25 acres , not all of it is range, but a big part... The layout will allow any number of groups to shoot the course at the same time....   There are 29 targets, at 13 stations, all double and triple  shots..... Basically, every two week from spring, until the fall TBOF, we shoot, have a cooked lunch, drink a beer, shoot some more..everybody kicks in $5 for supplies, bring a dish, or dessert... family friendly fun...

    We look forward to seeing friends from across the state, at the fall TBOF, and with that being canceled, the thing to do is invite every one to shoot at Longhammock.  We can't be a replacement for the fall rendezvous,  but it is a fun course, and a good time,... and really,.... what else you got going on?....There are several Longhammock threads  with driving directions under the florida sub-form.

You didn't miss it.... I forgot to include it....  9ish start, lunch at noon, repeat.

It's a casual shoot, no scores or keep your own, with people starting to arriving about 9ish for those wanting to shoot twice before lunch ( or just beat the heat, and drink a beer before lunch), and most everybody else starting by 10:30.... It's about an hour and a half to shoot the course.... The early starters usually get back to camp, about the time the "lates" get started, and follow them for a second round.... everyone end's up back at camp at noonish, for a hot cooked lunch of venison and sides....  some people can still shoot another round after lunch..... God bless 'em, 'cause I'm done after the lunch Rob puts on.....  We look forward to seeing you.

Next shoot is Sunday August 9, 2020 ..... 10:00ish start,  12:00ish  lunch, ..... repeat.

With the TBOF fall shoot being cancelled, and zone c archery not open until September 19, Rob H says we are going to work in a couple more Sunday shoots before hunting season starts. 

  Come out and shoot if you can....

Start at the sunoco station at the Bushnell exit on I-75.... Go west on Hwy 48 7.5 miles, turn south onto 575 ( The Wood Shed bar is on the SE corner of intersection) , Go 1.3 miles south on 575, look for white PVC Archer at dirt drive way on the right (west side).
