Obviously I need to glue this back but my question is what glue/epoxy to use.

This is on a 58' Kodiak Special.

This is the fiberglass lifting up right where the string nock splits the fiberglass. It's separating cleanly between the wood and fiberglass right at the tip.

Try to clean it the best you can. Get some EA-40 smooth on epoxy. Get the smallest can they sell because you won't need much. Heat the glue up before mixing for about 10 min in about 150 degrees. Mix glue and get as much in between the wood and fiberglass as possible. Clamp lightly but securely and wipe off excess. Allow to cure for 24 hours. Sand off excess and clean everything up. Refinish the tip or the whole bow. I'm not an expert but I think this is about all you can do. Might work and might not. No guarantees. Good luck.

Just put it in the cart at 3 rivers, along with other things.
It would be a shame if this didn't work because the bow is in such nice shape other wise, But I guess a 60 yr old glue joint is bound to fail.

No problem let us know how it turns out. Before you buy that smooth on from 3rivers check out Bingham projects they have a small pint kit you can get which will be way more than enough and save you some money compared to 3rivers price. If you knew someone near you that built bows and had some smooth on that would be even better because you won't need very much.

OMG what a rabbit hole you sent me to, I was lucky to make it out of there with my wallet in tact. A person like me could get hurt going into a place like that.

It happens man. Wait until you start making your own bows. It's the endless rabbit hole. 

That rabbit hole is why I have more arrows than the archery store. I even bought a chunk of wood off Binghams cause it looked nice. I don't even make bows!

I did purchase the 1/2 pint cans from Bingham already though
Besides I already have collected 4 vintage bows in the past 6 month, I have a feeling this won't be the last time I need the stuff.

Just to update. I did get and use the epoxy mentioned above and used as directed.
After curing I sanded it and shot ~100 or so arrows today.
The repair seems to work, very happy about that because this is a really nice shooting bow.

Bruce M, I still have fond memories of that gun. I just did a repair using that same glue. I had a wedge come off a aftermarket Bear TD limb. I sanded both pieces, cleaned with Acetone and applied glue. I clamped up the whole thing and took it outside on our patio. I checked and the ground temp, on concrete in the sun was 145*. So I am confident that joint will hold this time.
