  Alan is exactly right cause I don't want my girls out there shooting without me plus I just decided to do it that high so I don't have to bend down so much due to back surgery.
  My youngest can't pull her arrows out to much anyway cause she was born without any thumbs and a few years ago we had her first finger moved to look like a thumb on her left hand .
On her right hand her wrist was turned at a 90 degree angle and she had a rod with screws put in that arm just above the hand joint to help her keep it somewhat straight .
  She has had heart surgery also and had a hole repaired with a devise that looks like a umbrella .
   She is one very determined girl and as you can see she is shooting a very light weight recurve that was passed down from our oldest daughter.
   I have to sort  of hold the bow but she pulls the string and let's them fly and I don't try to force her on proper form etc. I'm just letting her have fun.
   If I didn't have rods in my back I probably would have brought it down some but I made it so it was comfortable for me cause I may be shooting it the most.
As of now the rules are they are Not to shoot unless I'm right beside them.

  In the picture above (Kaci ) was being pointed out by her younger sister ( Darci ) who the actual culprit is and that her name and date was to be written on "The Wall Of Shame" !

Keefer, I too have 2 rods with 10 screws in my lower back L3-S1 surgery in October last year and a plate and screws in my neck surgery 5/17. I still shoot lower targets and 3D targets. I am up to 43# now.
Happy to see the kids enjoy the targets.
