Its been many years since I have been on this site...  Can you still sell equipment on here? 

Also, I had shoulder surgery so I just can't shoot some of my old bows... What is the best way to determine my old bow values?

I don't know the "best" way, but a good way would be to go to the big auction site and do a search for past sales on bows like the ones you have and see what they sold for.  That should give you an idea of the used value.
