A Lex

Just had an awesome play session with my 75lb Blackwidow PLX Longbow.

Had 40 odd shots at a 7" paper plate with my usual wooden arrows

All shot were shoot one arrow and retrieve it, move to a different range and shoot again. Never shot 2 shots back to back from the same range.

Ended up having around 10 shots from each range of 10, 15, 20 and 25m

Only 3 or 4 were off the plate, but none by more than an arrow diameter or two.

Man I'm chuffed with that. Love that big Blackwidow of mine. What a sweet shooter it is.

Had to share this  :goldtooth:

All the ducks lined up for me this afternoon for sure

Just got to get me a hunt in somewhere now.

Good hunting to you all.
May the wind be your friend, and may your arrows fly true,
Most of all, may the appreciation and the gratitude of what we do keep us humble......

Tom

The essence of the hunt for me is to enter nature and observe+ return safely occasionally with the gift of a life taken.

That's some great shooting. Don't know if I could even pull a 70 pounder back!
