Curious on experiences (good or bad) with Easton FMJ shafts/arrows??

I really like them, heavy and durable but don't think they're the best choice if you stump a lot. I have bent quite a few shooting behind the house, so haven't bought any in awhile because of that. I'm pretty sure a few guys on here use them with great success.

Interesting.  I don't stump shoot at all.  I use aluminums tho and always thought they were pretty durable, and assumed the FMJ's would be more so (never had any).  What do do you use for stump shooting?  Just curious...

I just pick any fully carbon arrow and foot them sometimes. I have gold tips, some Big Jims, and Easton Axis Trads. The FMJs are great, but if your using the same arrows to stump shoot and hunt you can end up with a few bent ones if you don't check them. I would rather them just break and me know it then forget to check one and now I don't have a true flying arrow. I need all the advantage I can get the way I shoot  I still think they are great, but not my first choice. Just my opinion though. If you want to try them then go for it. I am sure you can find a dozen or half dozen on here if you keep your eyes open.

FMJ's are great shafts!!! Very consistent in spine from shaft to shaft.

Only con I can think of is that they do bend sometimes, but I have an Arizona Arrow Straightener, and can get them nearly back to factory specs most of the time. I don't get bent ones very often, so it has never been much of an issue to me.
