I added a Big Jim Thunderchild to my stable today. 58 in. About 43 at my draw. Pretty sweet shooter.

Going to build a guy a bow with the rain forest White birch

I made carpenter bee traps.

Roy from Pa

That's what I need to do also, have a bunch of them buggers here.

Flem

Don't have carpenter bee's here. What's the problem with them?
I am assuming the trap is for killing them.
Aren't they natives and pollinators?

Roy from Pa

They bore 1/2" wide holes in the wood on your house or sheds.

Not my house but sample picture.

Roy from Pa

Yup, especially if they found your bow wood pile:)

monterey

Around here the woodpeckers put the holes in houses.  They go after anything that has internal gaps like T111.  They can hear the bugs in there.

Same here Mike, Flickers put a hole in T1-11 that looks like a nest hole on one side and a shotgun blast on the other!
