Stic, It probably is. Rocky mountain Juniper and Eastern Red Cedar are a nuisance tree most places. In my area its one of the few trees that'll grow.

Flem, Is that sage brush or salt cedar? Also is that the crazies in the back ground?

It's sage brush, Travis. Not sure where it is, I took a screen shot of a Montana landscape. Kind of looks like the Big Hole to me.

Josh, I don't know what that stick is. Does not look like any measuring or property marker that I'm familiar with.

They say there are three distinct species of juniper in the Colorado Rockies.  Don't think I could tell them apart.

We have a pygmy sage that grows on the dry flats at about 9000'.  Only gets about 8 inches tall.  When you walk on it it seems to be the strongest smelling of all the sages.

Done been to the bone crusher back now Coffee and my fancy jammie pants I save for WalMart shopping    We all know who poses with their bow in jammies.
