Rock 'N Bow

Dave's life was tragically cut short this morning. He was Vice President of Compton Traditional Bowhunters and was a true ambassador to our sport. He will be greatly missed.

This is such a tragic loss of one our best friends. It is leaving a big hole in our lives. Dave became a friend to all that met him. We will miss seeing him and our talks.   Condolences to his family .

Too soon! A lesson for all of us to make the most of the short time we have left.

Truly unexpected.  Condolences to his family and friends.  We indeed must live our days as if they are our first, and our last.  I pray for the eternal rest of Mr. Hewitt's soul.

In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities. In the expert's there are few...So the most difficult thing is always to keep your beginner's mind...This is also the real secret of the arts: always be a beginner.  Shunryu Suzuki

RIP Dave.  Condolences to the family.

I never had the opportunity to meet Dave, but feel I know him through friends testimonials.  He was certainly a wonderful man.  However, God's ways are not ours.  Don't we believe He knows the perfect time to call one of His home?  What is to early?  RIP Dave.  We should pray for those who mourn.
