Oh, and you can look into the silicon heat strips and controller in lieu of a hot box.  They're great, and only cost a little over a hundred bucks, you just have to wire up a controller (and a timed power supply is helpful).  https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F281709798883

Do you actually have a building shop..?  If I was building a small shop it would be long and narrow to accommodate a 12-14 foot bench  with the cutoff saw somewhere in the middle, a vice and overhead lights. [Besides a good dust collection system I would have a large fan mounted high up on the wall to exhaust all the loose dust flying around.] Wood racks going up to the ceiling takes less space.  Bandsaw and stuff can be on casters.

Kinda forgot about this thread. Been busy round here. The shop will be part of my existing pole barn. It's overall 24x36 with my hopes to finish a 12x24 room. Bigger tools will be in the unfinished section with the smaller room being for layup and detail work. Will keep you guys updated as it progresses.
