Sam-  I should have added- from everything I know in my friendships and experience, Barry and Gene are salt of the earth great heroes for our passionate recreation. Barry is on here often- you should reach out to them and ask how they put it together in the past (maybe even currently- but I do not know).  I bet they would share the pros, cons, realities with you.  PM Barry with your ideas/vision.
