When I left the house last night I had high expectations for the evening. The weather was cool and damp. The wind was perfect for the place I was headed. I got in stand pretty early not seeing much till around 6:00. I had a lone doe come by. She gave me a slightly quartered away shot and I didn't pass it. It's not the biggest doe in the woods but it will eat great.
