Anybody shooting one of Mike's Kestrel longbows? Opinions please. Thanks.
Do not follow where the path may lead.  Go, instead, where there is no path and leave a trail.

I Have a 60" T/D that is a great shooting bow and the workmanship is second to none .

I've shot the kestrel, the condor and the Destiny. I own a 62" condor two piece T/D I love all of them. Great folks fantastic bows and First class workmanship and performance.
Bowhunting is a passion, not an obsession. Its just hard for my wife to tell the difference sometimes.

I had a 60" and really liked it.  Smooth and quiet, easy to shoot.  Worksmanship was fantastic, beautiful bow.
Such a nice bow, that the original owner has it back now!
He is the only person that I would have given it up for.

:biglaugh: Well I know what will soon be on my Buddy's list if it hasn't been ordered yet!

Now Keefer, there ya go jumping to conclusions. :biglaugh: No, I didn't order one. But I do know who has one for sale at a fair price. I've always liked the look of them but there isn't a lot of info out there on them and Mike doesn't have a website. Hmmmm. What's a guy to do?

I have one and really like it.  Have a friend that owns at least a half dozen of them.

Had one for a few years-- sold it when I had shoulder surgery and had to go to lower weights. It was a beautiful 58" with tamo ash lams as I recall. Good shooter and very light in the hand.

Hard to believe :dunno: but I have never owned one or never even saw one......got a photo to show me......?
In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities. In the expert's there are few...So the most difficult thing is always to keep your beginner's mind...This is also the real secret of the arts: always be a beginner.  Shunryu Suzuki
