First chance back from work, evening hunt on the WMA behind the house. In July I saw a big buck in the wheat field I'm sitting on. He was 4-6" on either side of his ears back then. Walking in I've only seen one set of tracks leading to the recently plowed plot and they looked a couple days old.

I was hoping to sneak out this weekend! The weather forecast does not look promising! Pretty warm too the last few days. Looking forward to getting started soon.
