Kenny's trash barrel is full of great treasures!  It is one of my favorite place to dig around!   :goldtooth:

That'd be a looong drive for me to go dumpster diving :o

Actually not a trash barrel, just stuff that can't be easily used and yet I can't throw it in a real trash barrel!

A lot of it will only make one pair of lams, and I rarely get calls for a single side of a bow. The walnut I had thrown in there because it was a decent pair,  and then decided to split them and if it didn't work, burn em.

I think they made around .020 with some saw marks on the edge on the back of one.  :o

I'm sure it's going to make a great looking bow when you are done!

So does someone have to buy it in order to see it finished?  :o  :)

LOL, no but it has been on the back burner for a bit.  You know, MOJAM and getting caught up on the yardwork and stuff. :biglaugh:

A little more testing, pulled 44.51@28 so to check the gain on a 2" pike , I filed nocks for 58" in. That brought it to 51.66 which is about what I expected. A bit more gain than the other d/r bows for a 2" pike.
