Well, there is a young man from Austria who came to Texas to hunt with his traditional gear. I have been talking to him via the internet and made arrangements to hunt with him while he was here. We had a great time and i have made a new friend who i hope to get to hunt with again someday. I shot a nice little nubbin buck (on the landowners request) and  nice Sika doe. I shot both with my Sarrels Blueridge longbow, Gold Tip 55/75 arrows, and 150gr GK Silverflame XL broadheads.

The whitetail nubbin buck:

The Austrian shot two pigs but I do not have any pics. I only got to hunt the second half of his hunt and was not there when he shot them and do not have pics. He is truely hooked on trad now though, I can tell you that.

Congrats, Bisch!

Good on you for helping out an international trad hunter.  No one suspected you sent him home empty handed!
