I been wanting to turn my work table top over, so today I did the flip.

Bench looks good.
I'am a Technician of sorts and was taught by my instructors to never, never go into a place of business and leave crap scattered all over the customers office.  So I practice that method daily, or else I would go bonkers looking for stuff.

That's a good idea. Mine is so covered in epoxy and glue that I cant find a smooth area to use when needed. I know what Im doing this weekend.

Use an old chisel to clean off debris.

You got to get some of that off where it going to set on the framing.

I use brown paper or wax paper to keep most of the glue off.

Yup. Ill take a putty knife to the outside 2" and set her back down. Its going to be like a brand new shop.

It took me a half a day to make a mess with  tools and stuff on the table today.
Back to normal.
