"Honey" 64" D/R KennyM 2017 with FULL Draw more pictures

64" D/R 41@28
Riser is Honey Myrtle with Tan Phenolic strips
Veneers are Tiger Myrtle
Bamboo floor Lams
I sprayed it with VHT and I think it need more so Saturday I will spray again.
FULL draw next week!

   

Black glass, Tan phenolic and curly Koa overlays.
The glue line on the black and clear glass disappears when you sand it all the way down

Nice bow! I love the way the black glass fades into the clear.

I use to try to sand the overlay were it meets the clear glass without sanding the glass.
It's a non bending part of the riser, so get the overlay thin and then sand both with 220 going toward the riser (back and forth), the glue line disappears.

Had to change all the pic. to Imgue this morning.

I put the last coats of VHT on this morning.
I will get the full draw next week and change out some of the pictures so roy can see.
