Roy - it came out of the oven in one piece!  Didn't even need to use the hammer and chisel to get it out of the form.     ;)

Maybe get it cleaned up and overlays on this weekend.

Have yours pulled to 27 inches. 1 more inch for your 28 draw and 1 more inch to 29 for good measures.

Put the stain on today, next is 4 coats of tung oil @ 1 coat a day for 4 days. So we are looking at another week..

Took pictures after stain and 1 coat of tung oil. Came out too dark, I'll get better pictures tomorrow Mitch.

Cool Roy!  I really like that tung oil.

I got the riser tip overlays glued on - should be able to get them shaped up this weekend.

:laughing:   Yep - I can wrap it up tight with that string a put a clamp on it.  Works good and keeps it in place until it cures!  String comes right off afterwards.
