I am pulling my triple laminate board bow back and wondering if anyone could comment on the tiller as my eyes are going funny from staring at it...

I am assuming your pass will be in line with the row of nails so that is considered the center of the bow.  If so, it looks like you need to get the outer 3/4 of the left limb moving more. The right looks to have a nice line to me. If it were mine I would get the limbs evened up first and then work on getting the inner sections moving more and then thinning out the tips some to get at least a little movement on the outer parts.

I suggest working on the area with red and trying to get the tips moving a bit more also.  How close are you to your draw length target?

Is the pic taken from an angle or straight out from the bow?  It can make things look different than they really are.

I moved the ellipse side to side and the area marked in red is the only area that doesn't match up with the contour of the ellipse.  I hope 65-70# is your target weight.  You shouldn't pull more in tillering than your target weight.  The bow looks great.
