I would appreciate suggestions on where to take wood off for this bow (left limb will be lower, pulled to 24 of 28").

Hard to say much with out seeing it's side profile.

Yep, need unbraced and braced profiles to get an idea of how it should act during the draw. We could do without all the artwork on there too. Kinda makes it hard to see the bow.

It's the width profile that determines tiller shape, side profile will show any 'irregularities' on your particular stave.
You should be able to get a few more inches by working on the center section. Go slow and steady with lotsw of shooting inbetween wood removals. Last thing you want is it bending too much in the handle because you will get bad handshock but the flipside is you need to get that center sectuion bending more  or else your outer limbs will start taking too much set.

The bow can be drawn to the desired 28" practically at the desired weight.
I am thinking of how to correct the slightly more bending part of the left limb.
Should it be the section between the handle and the spot?
Width profile is practically paralel until the black tips.

I would get the center 10", where it is black,  bending just a bit more then leave it alone and shoot it.

I took off very little wood on both sides of the more bending spot and stopped at that. Now the bow is 20kg@28". Starting to  have set, so will not make it lighter as i cannot heat treat the belly as it has fish skin backing already.
