Seeking Trad Deer

Hey...I figure you guys are about 100 years ahead of me in your archery knowledge and skill than me so let me ask you a question.  Why do you guys seem to prefer parabollic feathers on your hunting arrows?  :archer:

I'm not a Wensel, but I've noticed that parabolics fly quieter than shields or nanners.

I think they use parabolics because chicks dig 'em!

Chris O

I will second captaincaveman's answer, but I am certainly not a Wensel.

Two Arrows

There ya go, they're both "chick magnets"!

I haven't seen too many chicks around them   :D  so I'll guess it is because they are quieter.

What's that?  The chicks are quieter?  Is it because they can't get a word in edgewise around the Wensels?

captaincaveman's reason sounds like the answer, but jonsimoneau's explanation sounds like something Gene or Barry would say.
