productive day, took the advice from you all and narrowed it to 1 3/8" wide, got a 72" caul made with 3" of reflex. started heating and clamping it down and came to the conclusion I don't have enough clamps to do the whole bow, only one limb at a time. Hope thats ok? I suppose this way I can only mess up half at a time. Oh well needed an excuse to visit the big box stores any ways. Looks like its clamps for x-mss instead of coal.

mwosborn, I agree the not is going to be tricky, other than that the other limb is almost flawless. Hopefully I can make her work. Figure I will make the limb with the knot the top limb, less stress on it.

Have to apologize, Im new to posting. I have another topic
