Working till 1230 today..then I get to have my Turkey and fixings. I made Helen 12 no sugar added mini pumpkin pies last night. Had to sprinkle some splenda on 1 of them fresh out of the oven to make sure they were cooked right..I didn't add enough pumpkin spice to the filling..so I sprinkled some cinnamon on top and I tested one more mini pie last night..it was good but now she only has 10 little pies.

Happy Thanksgiving! It is a very happy Thankgiving for me and my wife as we get to spend the holiday with my sons who live in Maui...

This week will include surfing with my son Caleb and Spear fishing along with snorkeling and I talked with a local guy yesterday that said the deer hunting and hog hunting is very good here. Just might have to look into the details and plan another trip out...
