All for the kids......

A few pics of the bows I made for our church youth group to raffle off to fund a mission trip they make every year. These are 48" hickory ranging from 15#-27# different handles, rests, etc.
   
This is another 48" and a tiny 30". Can't start them too young!

And just for fun...one for my little girl, Lulu (dad's nickname for her) 51" 30#@24 BBH
-hickory and osage handle. Started out as a bow for my son but...little to heavy on the belt sander and now a 30 pounder. Far from perfect but she loved it. 'Nuff said.

Nice work on your bows!  What a great thing to do    :clapper:
It's hard to make a wooden bow which isn't beautiful, even if it's ugly.
