The bow turn out 62#@28 and is 62" long. Thank for following along everyone. Next time I'll try to be a little faster.

Holy goodness that is a beautiful bow.  Love the koa, one of my favorite woods.  What kind of finish did you end up using?  Stippling came out excellent!  I really like how you did that, nice uniform pattern, but doesn't look like a golf ball.  Awesome job!  Thanks for sharing!

Did you worry about grain direction in the wood blocks?  Also, what thickness was the black phenolic?

For the finish I filled the grain with massy finish then put spar urathane over it

I use to try to keep the grain direction correct. Now I just glue it up however. The phenolic was 1/8" thick.
