I call it Freebird .

60" one-pc recurve built from materials I didn't feel right about shipping for cosmetic reasons.

Ended up at 48# @ 28"(my scale was off)

I put .0025 total taper in 1.5" wide limbs with a superlam containing .001 taper and a builtin tip wedge and power lam.

19" riser , I took the deflex roughly from a Bear Kodiak Hunter that shoots very well. From there on out it is a whole nother beast.

Not really John,  I wanna shoot a deer with it just to see. I do shoot it pretty well for me.....

It isn't louder, but has a little sharper tone or something. We will see. Got about 5 bows I'd like to take a deer with now...

Any plans for making kit plans?
